Has anyone considered or used the owlet monitor for there newborn?

If you have used one, did you like it and think it was worth it? We are really considering one for our new baby!

I'm going to be getting one. SIDs is such a fear and the story of families losing completely healthy babies has terrified me. I think I'll buy it with Affirm to finance part of   it.

Yes! Was a peace of mind must have! Very thankful the technology to monitor heart rate and oxygen is available for home :) Our son was in the NICU for 25 days.

I thought about it but it's so expensive and I'm a stay at home momma so I'll be close by a lot. But I saw a cheaper version that's a mat that goes under sheet instead I can't remember the name!

I have looked into it but I feel like I would just obsess over it and unless my baby comes out with some unforeseen health issues I won't be getting one.
