Starting again TTC + yoga + meditation

I want to be calm and focused and I know I can get too excited and anxious so I am committing to my body and mind. To meditate everyday at least 10minutes every morning (anything more will be a gift) and do yoga morning or/and evening for 15/30/60 minutes.

Anyone up for it? Anyone doing it already.

I'm using Insight timer app for meditation. There are lots of free guided meditations for anything you may need.

Or you can set the timer for the length you want... Just so you know. I'm doing Tara Stiles's yoga videos. Free and paid.
