What can you take for a toothache while Preggo?!

Omg I just got a toothache out of no where and idk what to take. I tried gargling with warm salt water but it didn't help... if anybody know anything please let me know !

One of my teeth started hurting at 20 weeks and now every first day I start a new week my front tooth hurts but stops the next.
