Morning Sickness ( All day sickness)
Hello everyone this is my first pregnancy I'm so happy I have already heard 2 heartbeats everything looked good but I have been vomiting all day and night for the past week , I can't even hold down water...I'm a little worried I'm not getting enough nutrients for my baby, the doctor says it's normal but I just don't feel right...My fiancé wants to go to the ER tonight. Any suggestions? Thanks
