OPK ever works?

So does these opk ever works for PCOS condition? I mean will they ever pick up LH? 😞😩 so frustrated! My body tells me one thing and this test tells me the opposite! So over it!!

I've been told they work for PCOS but because it effects of hormones you may have LH surges without actually ovulating... I think the only reliable way to confirm at home is through temping but it has to be the same time everyday after at least 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep (so I've never been able to successfully temp as like many people with PCOS I have trouble sleeping). But your doctor can confirm with blood tests. Good luck and I hope my answer helps clear things up!

im using them and temping but some women opks does not work stay clear of the purple clear blue easy ovulation test for some women like myself they do not work ❤ any question fill free to ask i have pcos had it scence i was 12 im now 21 ttc for baby #1for over 2 years im here if u need me ❤

I have never had one work... i normally will get the same results or either a very very faint line.
