Should I trust the ultrasound technician?!

I asked the sonographer to take a peek at the privates and tell me her expert opinion on what the gender might be. She said 90% its a girl. Do you really think she can tell this early? At least with a 90% certainty?!?

If you are 13 weeks and used a very high tech equipment they say it's extremely accurate.

I have an app called Sprout and tells you everything that grows in each stage, and at 11 weeks the sexual organs grow. So if you do a 3D ultrasound at 13 weeks you can definitely find out the sex! Was pregnant with twins (first pregnancy which ended in a mic at 22wks) and at my 12w us I seen one of the babies sex (didn't notice it on the us but whn I was looking at the video I took I seen it!) then went at 13 wks for a 3D an confirmed both boy! So it's possible to know

Just got my ultrasound done by baby connection yesterday at 13 weeks and yes.. it is visible by then. We're having a boy and you can't miss it

Id take it as a girl but double check at the next scan in case it's different!! Don't buy too much pink in case 😂🙈 happened to my friend

i don't know but my ultrasound tech said the exact same thing to me today! told me 90% sure it's a girl! and even showed the two white lines that usually indicate girl.

I'm curious about this too. My next appointment I'll be 10 weeks & we will be listening for the heartbeat. Idk when they'll want me back in but I figured the next appointment I'd ask what the doctor thinks it is. I don't wanna get my hopes up if its not likely she has a good guess. 
Obviously, I won't go out and start buying things until it's confirmed but still lol
