I got pregnant right after getting my IUD removed (the nurse said the long bleeding and stuff was like a period and to count it as such). then, I miscarried about five weeks later. it seemed like the next week I was ovulating, because my libido was going crazy. the next week, I experienced some spotting.

my question is how do I track when my next period will be due? Do I count 29+29 from the last actual period I had, which would put me 4 or so days late, OR from the miscarriage, which started the day before the bleeding started?

sorry if it's confusing, I just have no clue about it and my mom and husband have no clue either.
