Health buddy!
I'm trying to get healthy.. my problem is what to eat. I just can't seem to figure out how to eat healthy. I'll eat a lot of fruit. Sometimes I'll even skip a eating all together. I get tired of eating the same things over and over (chicken).
Anyone want to become health food buddies that we both can help motivate one another ??
