Okay, so I just found out today, at 36 weeks, that my son is breech. The doctors are giving me one week to flip him myself at home, then they will attempt to flip him from the outside of my belly and finally, if that doesn't work, I will be scheduled for a c section... now I'm totally okay with doing whatever I need to do to get my son out safely but does anyone else have a deep fear of getting a c section? I realize doctors do this type of surgery thousands of times a week and i wont feel or see anything happening but, I just can't seem to get over the fear of being awake and cut open at the abdomen at the same time... :/ I'm a fairly logical person but I can't shake this fear and I cry everytime I have to talk about it (probably hormones). Any advice other than what I already know? :/ thanks ladies!
