I smoke weed when my son goes to bed

I smoke weed when my son goes to bed. It is the only thing that gets me motivated to clean the house. I am very productive and it relaxes me after a stressful day of taking care of him by myself while my husband works out of town. Am I the only one? Could this and cigarettes and alcohol be preventing me from conceiving number 2??
