I have a 17 year old girl unrelated to me living at my house. She has recently become disrespectful and untitled and I'm sick of it. Can I make her parents come get her? We live in CA. If her parents don't get her can the police take her into custody and make her a ward of the state? She is a legal minor and her school info is at her moms house. She is not paying rent, she is not on our lease, and she does not have or pay any bills here. What can I do?
