acid reflux so bad can't take vitamins
so ever since I got in my third trimester my acid reflux has been super bad, I had heartburn before but now it's just acid reflux 24/7. It's getting so bad that if I take my prenatal vitamins, they're fruit flavored gummies because pills will make me vomit with my sensitive gag reflex, I get such bad acid reflux that I throw up. anyone else have this? What will help???
