Hey Ladies new to this posting ....... I have done a few pregnancy tests this week first response and superdrug own early test all looked to have a faint lines on them. My AF is 3 days late, not had any bleeding or spotting. Then today I have had bad what felt like period cramps for 10 mins then nothing!!!

A faint positive is just an early positive! Congrats! If you need reassurance wait a few days and test with first morning urine and the line should  be darker or schedule your first doc apt for confirmation.

Sounds like your pregnant (going off your pregnancy test results) and the cramps are just your uterus stretching.  
I'd book in to see a eoctor incase it's a ectopic  pregnancy.
