i woke up to feed my two month old, and she has this weird rash, anyone know what this is?

Babies get so many rashes and eye goobs when they're that little. Keep an eye on it and take her to doc if it gets worse.

It honestly just looks like maybe she slept on her arm weird, see if it goes away in the next little while

Excema possibly?  My kids would get it behind their knees, ears and in their armpits. 
I  not convinced that is what it is, but with ot tucked under her arm, it kind of reminded me of it
