My daughter is 5 months and went back to work after 3 months. I've never had an ample amount of breastmilk. So I have supplemented it with formula. I work full time and I'm not able to pump at work. My milk supply has gone down so much I can only nurse her half a day on my off days. I drink Mothers milk, I take my prenatal and I take fenugreek. But nothing is helping. What should I do?? Could this be nearing the end of our bonding time. We both love it. The bond, the connection,the quiet time. I want to nurse her for a year!!! Now it's dwindling. HELP!!!
