TMI! Possible Preg. symptom

So me and my husband just had a MC last month. We started trying again right away. I am 7dpo and have severe nausea and I know this is TMI but today my poop was all green like with newborn babies. This never has happened before. Could this be a possible early pregnancy sign? I have also had severe lower back pain all day.
