So I'm a photographer and my business is getting a lot of momentum lately which is awesome! I've been doing photos for my best friend for various events/milestones for years and it's always just been causal but I've recently started charging her. Not a lot, I actually barely charge her anything. Anyways... she keeps asking me to do certain shoots with her, which I'm totally fine with doing... but the issue is is that the last 3 times she's cancelled last minute. Typically this wouldn't be an issue, however now that I'm booking more clients, I'm losing money by her booking a time and then cancelling when I could've booked with a client who would've showed. I don't want to tell her I'm not doing them anymore, but I can't keep having her cancelling last minute. How would you approach this situation??
