What to do when I grow up??

I kind of want to be a vet cause I love animals but a lot of people think I should do something with Disney art. I love Disney but don't think I could make it as an artist. Here's some old stuff cause I have drawn in a while

Vet is much safer. Your work is pretty, but can you make original art without a reference image? Artists who can create amazing content can make decent money but it's a risky field.

Speaking as someone in the animal care profession, it's the same either or. Vet school is actually very competitive and hard to get into and not trying to scare you but the depression rate for vet students is rather high. Being a vet is a lot more than loving animals. I would recommend shadowing a vet or volunteering in a vets office or interning/volunteering at a wildlife rehab center. I interned at one for a year and it really opened up my eyes to what vets go through, at least in terms of wildlife practice.
Art schools are relatively easy to get into but require A LOT to stay in. On top of that, both are expensive so make sure to apply to those scholarships! :D  
You're very talented! Are you in any art programs or anything? 
Again, it's the same with both. Both are very, very competitive in their own ways. Try interning and volunteering to get a feel of what they are, it's the best way to see of those fields are what you want. And never forget to follow your heart! :)

Definitely go into vet medicine. Lot of different careers besides a veterinarian (vet tech, animal rehab, etc) Plus a lot of other careers in the animal field and do art on the side. Safe plan
