Nexoplon could I be pregnant

I have the nexoplon for about 4 months We never use condoms and I usual have my period at the end of every month. but I'm almost two weeks late could this be normal or could I be pregnant. I did have spotting for about a day. about a week before my period was due I am 5"4 110 pounds my periods always been normal I did take 1 test that came out negative but it was a couple months old and was in my glove box in my car the whole time so idk how accurate it was. I took the test like 3 days in when my period was due
