Tearing down there?

Ok, so this actually happened with my older DD (who is now 2), but not only did I tear and need stitches at the bottom, the hood for my clit also tore!

It's kinda cut in half almost and now one side is just this flap of skin....

Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me? It's not really painful, but I'm kinda super freaking sensitive if I wear tighter pants or things, cause it's rubbed more and then I'm walking around super frustrated and that makes me kinda snappy lol.
