What should I do?

I just got accept into a master's in public health but I was planning on taking a 5th year to do another degree in communication so far i finish a degree in religion and health science. if I do my 5th year, I have included premed classes so I can go into medixal school next year but if I do this online master's in public health, I was thinking I'll do a doctoral program but I don't know which one is better? I really want to work in the healthcare field. Thank you
