One Bedroom Apartment Nursery Advice

Y'all, we just renewed our lease before we found out we were pregnant. So we'll be in a 1br apartment until our baby is about 5 months old...cant get out of the lease without paying thousands of $$$ and we think it's do-able but we'll just have to rearrange and downsize a lot of things.

Anyone else been in this situation? Tips would be great!! We're thinking of getting a bigger dresser in the bedroom and turning our walk-in closet into a nursery.. We live in just under 750 sqft, btw.
