Hope it's not a UTI

So today my boyfriend and I had amazing sex I came like three times... but the last one kinda felt like I didn't get it all out. Then on my way home I felt like I had to pee but he wanted to talk and kiss and stuff. So I finally got home and used the bathroom and it still feels like a little bit is left over and everything down " there" is swollen I mean like the size of my pinky huge but it's doesn't hurt just a little sore. But I don't know what to do about the pee thing HELP!!
