Baby kicks my implant

okay this might be a stupid question, please don't make me feel bad about it 😂 i got nexplanon about a month and a half ago, and every time I'm playing with my son in my lap, he always kicks right where it is. is there any chance at all it could break? my friend was telling me she knew some trashy girls who would break their implants on purpose to try to get pregnant without their bfs knowing so I'm curious how hard he'd have to kick me for it to beak?
