Picky Eating🙄
I am so disappointed in myself and how I have been eating this pregnancy. I planned to eat tons of fruit and veggies, lean meat, etc. But at 13.5 weeks I STILL struggle so much to eat well from the nausea. It is certainly much better than it was, but certain foods, like chicken, just gross me out 🤢I pretty much only want carbs ALL the time😩Luckily, I have only gained about 3 pounds so far, but I'm so worried it's going to catch up with me later, and also I k ow it's not good for baby. When will this pass?! Bagels, pizza, toast, an rice are NOT an okay diet for baby! Luckily I can stomach fruit and eat quite a bit of that, but still, how do you make yourself eat better?!
