So I have noticed that no matter how much I wipe after going for a poop, not too long after or in the mornings after sleeping, I can wipe my butt and have a little smear on the toilet paper. I'm super embarrassed as I'm entering the dating world and and no matter how clean I try and be, I'm always worried about having some "anal leakage".

I have a bulging disk in my back that puts pressure on my sciatica, and pretty sure I read years ago that it can cause weakness in your nether regions. I'm thinking this is my cause for it. It's not uber bad just enough to be self conscious and use wipes.

Does any one else have any issues similar to this? Not sure what to do or if I'm overthinking it.
