Yes my dad opened the door on me and my ex girlfriend when we were teens. He didn:t even realize what we were doing. He just stared a bit and said he's going to store and asked if we wanted anything. I'm not sure if these are "caught" stories exactly my grandparents definitely knew I had sex these two times. Lol. (I live with my grandparents) 
The first time was when a along time friend of mine had spent the night and we shared my bed. We ended being fuck buddies for a while.
