Haemorrhoids 😢

I'm 40+2 and I think I found a haemorrhoid this morning in the shower, it's a small soft lump and kind of itches. Does anyone know a way to stop it from hurting and itching? I'm kind of embarrassed to go to the pharmacy and get something, but I will if it doesn't get better.
