Natural anti depressant remedies

I'm ttc and fighting anxiety and depression. I'm considering going to the doctor for meds which I made another post about but I also want to hear what other ladies do to naturally make themselves feel better and happier in general.

Some things I'm going to try are working out, eating healthier & drinking more water, getting on a better sleep schedule, and putting down my phone more often.

What are some of y'alls depression remedies?

Are there any minerals or vitamins that help with depression??
