So... my son (7months) has never been to daycare, he doesn't nap like other kids his age and we cosleep. I'm a SAHM but I need help because he feeds all night and doesn't nap well during the day so I'm tired and I can't get anything done or catch up on sleep. I'm looking for a nanny, but so far I've just been met with "oh he doesn't do this?" and "he should be in a crib by now" 😖They all seem pretty qualified, but I also feel judged and like they'll quit once they get here😓 What do I do?
