We are going on a 6 hour road trip. My parents will be in the same hotel with us and offered to watch our 3 month old and 3 1/2 year old for a couple hours one of the days for us..My baby is 3 months old and I have not had a date night with my husband in over a year.. The only thing is, my baby is EBF and our hotel room has a fridge but no freezer. I have pumped milk I plan to bring in a cooler with ice packs unto we get to the room..But how long it breast milk good out for? How long is it good in the fridge for after being pumped? How long is frozen breast milk good in the fridge for after being thawed? I breastfed my first but it's been awhile and I cannot remember these things.
