i called my docs office earlier suspecting my baby has a yeast rash, they told me to use lotramin anti fungal, my question is i just looked it up online & there are different kinds, ones for jock itch, ones for athletes foot & a few others. which kind do i use? is it all the same? thank you in advance. also i plan on making my own baby wipes until the rash goes away, i plan on using paper towels & some coconut oil, has anyone done this before & how did it work out? or do you recommend something else?
