Whole milk or Enfamil toddler?

Question

She just turned one last week and her doctor said go to whole milk. We tried it before at 11 months and she had really bad constipation which I told him about but he didnt seem worried about it. I learned that Enfamil has a formula meant for kids up to 3 years, now idk if that is meant to be a supplement or a substitute, hopefully someone else knows. Google and my doctor haven't been really helpful.

I agree with Hailey, transition slowly. Dont go cold turkey from one to the other. 
Plus a one year old should be eating a lot of other foods too so even if she cant handle whole milk, its not a big deal. My daughter has a dairy sensitivity so we have been giving her almond milk since she turned one. Doctor said it was perfectly fine because she is still within her growth curve.

Constipation can be normal when first switching to whole milk. Give it a little time.

Supplement the regular milk with formula so the babys stomach get use to it. Like milk during the morning and half day and formula during the night time.
