Meniere disease?

Has anyone heard of it, or deal with it?

This morning I was just sitting around with my kids, and my ears started ringing and I got super dizzy. The dizziness went away but the ringing in my ears has been constant. I dragged my 3 kids to the doctor because it's so frustrating! The doctor then tells me it's meniere disease and that if things don't get better within 5 days, come back to the doctor.

I'm scared I'm going to lose my hearing. With the ringing in my ears my balance is messed up and I can barley hear when someone is talking to me-even if they are right next to me.

Just posting to get off my chest. I haven't talked to my husband about anything yet since he's at work.
