So, I've been on hormonal IUD for three months now. I did get a period with it because of the time I got it inserted. My dr said I would get that period but it was highly possible to not get any after that one. And that happened. However, when I was 23 days late, I took two home pregnancy tests, one positive one negative. Went to have blood test and it came out negative. Called the gyn and he said if I was 23 days late and pregnant the blood test would've shown it. So I was calmed. Until a few days before. Massive cramps, mostly on the right side of my uterus. Described them to the gyn once and he said it could be bursting cyst. He performed an ultrasound and both my ovaries were fine at that moment. So that pain is back, and for some reason I'm paranoid of having an ectopic pregnancy. My boyfriend doesn't even finish inside me, so I don't even know why I worry so much. But the pain has me dizzy, and I almost fell walking around the mall. I have no signs pf pregnancy, I was even spotting yesterday. I can feel my strings too.
