Thoughts on Vitex? Haven't been trying but haven't been stopping it if that makes sense lol. Please comment your thoughts on if it helped? And what were you side effects? I've only been taking it for like 2 weeks and today I started spotting? I'm not suppose to start for another 2 and half weeks?
