Prenatal pills ??? Help

Question

I ran out of my prenatal pills that i was subscribed from my doctor. I tried looking for some at walmart and rite aid but all of them said multivitamins dietary supplements. What the heck does that mean? And they arent all pink its a weird color with spots on them so i didnt trust them. Id get the ones from my doctor but idk my insurance is messed up right now.

Take flinstones pre natal or flinstones complete my doctor said.
As long as it has the right amount of folic acid, that's what my doctor says is the most important vitamin.
