I just found out that I have breast cancer, stage 2, 3 weeks ago. 2 tumors were found inside my right breast. My oncologist said that it is hereditary and my hormones are making it spread. So I will be having a double mastectomy in a couple of weeks. I meet with my plastic surgeon to what I would be looking at it I got a reconstruction. I am so scared and nervous all at the same time. I am getting a double mastectomy because if it's in my genes who's to say that I don't get it on my left breast in a year. I will also be getting chemo, to make sure that they get it all out. I guess I am shallow because I'm scared of what the girls will look like, will my boobs look deformed like an alien. Smh just so nervous and worried. - I need some advice, and encouragement.
