Ok ladies... I'm always the first one to reassure moms that their supply is adequate when diaper count is but... two weeks ago I had mastitis due to my daughter having foot hand and mouth disease and not nursing as much so that lowered my supply... now she's cut her first tooth and is nursing more... she literally wakes up every 30 mins crying and continues to nurse all night.... but this morning I went to hand express some milk in a cup for her cause she wouldn't sip any water and normally I can hand express a few ounces especially in the morning but my breast felt soft and I could only get maybe 10ml.... my anxiety tells me to start taking fenugreek and pump like a mad woman in between feedings... any advice? Yes she has plenty of wet diapers... before I hand expressed she had nursed about an hour prior.
