Engorged nipple?

I have larger nipples, and every time I pump after I'm done pumping my nipples become engorged and swollen and sore to the point where I HATE pumping... is this normal or how do I fix this problem?

I kept having this....your flanges are too small!! Order the next size and be amazed at how much easier pumping is!

Yes flange size. No it's not normal. There shouldn't be pain when pumping. You can also use coconut oil on the inside of the pump and on your nipples to help keep everything lubed.

put lanolin on before you pump so your nips arent rubbing
