How to get rid of someone in a nice way 🤔🤔🤔

Ok so there is this Hispanic guy that I had dealings with previously nothing sexual, he has lived in the US for 20+ years there is a language barrier. We went out on a few dates and the first date he actual bought me a diamond necklace. Later on he saw that I was struggling to pay for school books and supplies and gave me $2000 for that. The entire time I was telling him I wasn't looking for anything serious and wasn't willing to have sex with him, he seemed ok with that until the moment he put the $2000 in my hand. Like literally we were sitting there talking and he tried to lift my shirt up. I told him I wasn't a prostitute and he could keep his money if he thought that's what would happen after he gave it to me. He swore that he would be patient and that I shouldn't feel pressured, which I didn't because I'm grown and I'm not going to have sex with someone unless I want to. Long story short I ended it a little while after that because I was no longer comfortable. He started talking about wanting a baby with me and I eventually found out he had a baby mom that he lived with and he literally expected me to have a baby and give the kid to her to take care of while I was in school 😒. Like dude no! Eventually I started talking back to my ex and now almost a year later he has started to text and call me everyday even though I'm currently pregnant. I explained to him that I'm pregnant and back with my SO and he keeps asking to see me I keep saying no. The town we live in is very small and I'm afraid of what will happen if I run into him so I haven't put him on the block list for that reason. Is there a way I can explain to him nicely that I have no desire to see or talk to him anymore? TIA

I clearly stated his race because I wanted commenters to know there is a language barrier...if you didn't read that part it's on you...granted I shouldn't have taken the money, but to be clear I didn't ask for it and actually refused it on several occasions but I was in a tough spot and needed it so I did and I can't take it back 😪. Of course he made it seem as if he was investing in my future then started requesting other things.
