So about 6 days ago I had sex and after sex I got intense pain (that never happens)

Now my cervix hurts like bad it's really hard and closed up and I swear I feel something at the the opening of my cervix I can feel the pain when I poop , and I get these really strong cramps on my left and right lower stomach (they stop me in my tracks )

I have also been very sick the last couple of months and I have experience dizzyness

And now my boobs are starting to get huge and itch again like the did with my first kid ... I'm kinda freaking out cuz me and my boyfriend don't use back up cuz my ob said that there was no need to . I'm making a appointment for two days from now and I would just like to know if I'm freaking out or not
