Restraining/Protective order against Family member

Hey ladies so I just need some advice on the process of getting a restraining/protective order against my sister. I haven't talked to her in years because of the way things went with the death of my mother so I haven't talked to her or my older sister in going on 5 years and I want to keep it that way but I actually live with my grandparents (moms parents) so today is her birthday and I completely illuminated her from my life so I forgot all about her birthday but she came over and I told her to leave my room and she wouldn't well at least not when I told her too and I pay rent here so I can tell her to leave when I want to so now I want to get a protective/restraining order against her so she can leave me along for good she always harasses me and no matter how many times I try to avoid her when she's around she follows me and harasses me. So what can I do about this legally? If I can get a restraining/protective order against her what's the process? What will I have to do and what will happened? How much will I cost? Btw I live in Cleveland Ohio
