Hello moms. 

So this isn't my first child but about 2 maybe 3 years ago I got a breast reduction. I was told that I wouldn't be able to breastfeed if I got pregnant or have any sensation. But I didn't have that problem after a while. When I found out I was pregnant everyday I would squeeze and massage my breast to see if I would have milk. My son is now 4 days old, my milk has already came in and I've been feeding him ever since. When we were still at the hospital I noticed some small blood clots coming out my boob. I asked the nurse she said it could be from the damage from him latching on. Today while breastfeeding he fell asleep in my arms, a min later he spit up all over and it was blood and chunks of it. Now I'm scared and don't know if I should continue to breastfeed him. Can anyone relate?
