The need to pee is real!

I'm 35 weeks tomorrow and constantly (I mean constantly) need to pee. I'll go to the bathroom and have nothing left in the tank but as soon as I get up and walk out of the toilet I need to turn around and go straight back in. It always feels like I'm absolutely bursting too but only the tiniest dribble comes out. Anyone else experience this? I'm a FTM so not sure if this is just normal or if I should be concerned about a UTI? It's not burning or anything like that.
