Personal Choices...?

Question

Why are people put down for their personal choices? How does it affect anybody else’s lives on a daily basis? This doesn’t apply to anything I’ve seen on here but for a few examples, how does it affect somebody else if a person identifies with another gender? How does it affect somebody else if some chose not to boycott the NFL? How does it affect somebody else if they choose to parent their children differently than another would? If somebody doesn’t believe in God, how does that affect the way somebody else lives? I see way too many people bashing others for their personal choices. It’s quite annoying.
NOT A DEBATE ON SPANKING! I can’t express that enough because I’m tired of it being a constant topic on here lol

Why would people know these things unless someone told them?
   
Some things are indirectly or directly impacting others. In those cases people deserve to be upset if it affects them negatively. Like littering, or leaving your dog shit all over the sidewalk, pisses me the eff off.

Gender identity: not a choice, but it doesn't impact me so, I don't care how people identify. 
Not joining a boycott: you get that it's only by mass collective participation that these things work right? If people opt out it harms the movement. 
Parenting: some people (like me) have a legal obligation to care about others parenting. If it's abusive or neglectful I must report it, or face consequences up to and including jail time. 
Do you see the theme here? If it effects others, choices aren't really personal.

On a few of those things, it doesn't, which is why I don't understand people who are phobic of the LGBT+ community. It isn't your life. Just ignore it, you'll be okay.
But on the parenting front, I do care if you're going to spank or abuse your child when studies suggest otherwise. 
Or like, if you voted trump, even if it's "your own personal choice" it AFFECTS ME.
But things like gender, boycotting the NFL, believing in God or not (unless you're being phobic) is not a big deal and people should stop putting others down for it.

Spanking and vaccinating come to mind. Spanking can have affects on the child mental health and wellbeing and is lazy parenting. Not vaccinating your kid puts others in danger.

It shouldn't. I think mommy shaming of any sort is disgusting! You don't know the full story of what got that person to make that choice. Not every story is black and white. 🤙

This is completely my view point as well. My mom is extremely trans-phobic, and she says these awful, derogatory things, and my honest opinion is I DONT FUCKING CARE. Not that I don't care about these peoples rights, but if you were born female but identify as male or non-binary, and you're attracted to females, or whoever, I don't give a flying fuck. Do you, be happy, take care of yourself, and don't hurt nobody. That's all I care about.

I have a theory: It is caused by perceived pain.  
What do I mean by "perceived pain"? 
That is due to their combination of feelings, upbringing i.e. core values, and personal moral code being challenged
... and perhaps instead of having an open, inquisitive conversation to understand another's personal choice which could lead to more 'perceived' pain
...they try to shut down what is seems to be the source of their discomfort while, perhaps causing an inflated sense of entitlement that they KNOW they are right vs. wrong.  Ironically.
