Mild spotting

Up until yesterday I had no spotting. I was beginning to consider myself lucky until today i felt a bigger pressure on what seemed like my bladder. So I tried going to the washroom to pee a couple times and nothing. False alarm. Then I went again, and finally, a tiny wee bit of urine came out. When I looked at the toilet bowl, I saw some sort of weird what may have looked like discharge, very light in colour, maybe pink. And then when I wiped, same sort of fluid or discharge in light pink. I immediately began to panic and then remembered it could be implantation bleeding? I'm 4 weeks in two days... so I'm trying to reassure myself and say that it's normal but I'm actually petrified. I also feel a little light headed today. And i don't know if that's shock or fear or if it's related to the blood. Anyone else going through this? 😢🙄
