What do you do for energy while pregnant?

I am only 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I stay exhausted!!!! I have a long ways to go!!! What do you do for energy while pregnant?

It will get better in your 2nd tri! Until then, take as many naps (or just take time to rest) as you can. Don't use caffeine or soda, just gottta embrace the fatigue 😬

it will get a lot better! there's nothing you can do right now but give in to the exhaustion. when you approach your second trimester, you're going to feel loads better.

As my cousin said, it takes a lot of energy for your body to grow a whole new organ. Once the placenta takes over, you'll feel so much better. Lean into the fatigue and practice self care. Nap, go to bed early, don't judge yourself if you don't get chores done. It's temporary!

Oh girl.. it gets worse lol at least for me it did! I could barely function! But second trimester rolled around and alllll my fatigue disappeared!!
