What is considered high BP at 38 weeks?

I've had perfect blood pressure during pregnancy except for one big spike randomly about halfway through. It was 150/90. I was monitored and it never even got close again so it's been just a routine part of each visit since. Then today at 38 weeks it was 140/80 which seems high... the nurse made a comment about it being "not too terribly high" and then my Dr just quickly glanced and said it looked good. Is that not high??? Especially if I've been having like 110 or 120/70 the past 3 months? I've mentioned how I get dizzy and get floaters in my vision sometimes so when she told me my BP today I thought it would provoke induction talk. But no one seemed concerned, so should I just let it go? I know hypertension and pre-e are dangerous and crop up this late in pregnancy so I'm just nervous.
