CNA with no diploma?

Hey girls, so I have a cousin who wants to know if you can be a CNA without a high school diploma. Is that even possible?

I'm currently trying to get into a nursing program and was told it's very competitive in a lot of colleges and you need atleast a 2.8-3 gpa. And there are required classes such as chemistry and certain math classes required before you can even get in the program, if they choose you.
So you definitely need to have graduated high school or GED
